1) Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2) How to Initiate a Return (RMA Required)

Please email dionjohnting@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and relevant instructions.

Do not ship items back without obtaining an RMA. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3) Return Eligibility and Conditions

To qualify for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:

Must be in the same condition as received—unused and unopened—including all original packaging, protective sleeves, mounts, certificates, and invoices.

Stamp sets/lots must be returned in their entirety (partial returns are not accepted).

Graded/slabbed items must remain sealed; returns will not be accepted if the tamper-evident case is damaged or opened.

4) Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for the following items:

Stamp sets/lots that have been opened, handled, or damaged (condition is critical for collectibles).

Custom or special-request items (e.g., specific plate numbers, selected specific grades).

Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Digital/downloadable products (if applicable) and gift cards.

5) Return Shipping and Fees

Unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please use a trackable shipping service and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. Original shipping fees (e.g., expedited shipping charges) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. 6) Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If an item is damaged or incorrect, please email us the relevant photos and your order number within 3 business days of receipt.

Upon verification, we will provide a prepaid return label (or other instructions) and arrange for an exchange or refund.

7) Refund Method and Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment account within 5–10 business days.

The actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer. Please contact us if you have not received the refund within 15 business days of our approval.

8) Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, the fastest method is to return the original item (including the RMA number) and place a new order once your return request has been approved.
